Our Service Department
At our service department on Industry Street, Walkley, Lee Pryor heads our team, ably assisted by Chris Bell and John Baggaley. They are all time-served mechanics, having many years of experience between them.
Lee joined us on a part-time basis before leaving school and has continued his training with us.

As in the past, we will continue to invest in training, allowing all our staff to gain experience on a wide variety of vehicles, thus offering our customers a high level service with satisfaction guaranteed.
We are able to undertake service and repair on vehicles of any manufacturer, including light commercials. In recent years we have invested in new diagnostic equipment which has enabled us to work on the most modern vehicles.
Working Together
We enjoy a good working relationship with all the main dealers, who furnish us with any technical information we require which may not be available in our current databases.
Although due to our size we are not officially 'approved' by any of the major insurers we do enjoy a very good working relationship with them. I am however glad to say we are wholeheartedly approved by the most important people in our business, our customers.

Bodyshop
The Motor Body Repair Department, based at Glass Tilt, Loxley, is under the auspices of Ron Hextall, ably assisted by painter Wayne Walker.
Meet the Bodyshop Team
Ron joined the company in 1977 as a mechanic. He then transferred to bodywork and is now highly proficient in all aspects, including the renovations of classic vehicles.
Wayne joined us several years ago, having spent all his working life in the motor vehicle refinishing and is highly skilled in all current painting techniques.
Collection Service
To many customers our driver, Andy Bell, is the "face" of Andrew Flower Associates.
Many customers, often of very long standing, have never been to the garage and don't even know where it is, their only contact being over the telephone and seeing Andy Bell.
At any one time, 50% of our cars have probably been collected, with a loan car being left for the customer's convenience. This service is provided at no extra charge.
